Most memorable practicum experience

I had Kindergarten and I introduced myself as Miss Lyons.....later on one of the children quite distraught approached me to dob on another child and referred to me as Miss Tiger!!

Alex had no voice and was teaching maths. She asked students a questions, and one child whispered the answer as if he thought Alex was whispering on purpose.

Dogs are better than Cats!!

Hi,

We believe that dogs are much better pets than cats. Here are our reasons why:

• "Dogs are a man's best friend"
  
• Dogs are much more playful
• Dogs can be walked
• Dogs have much more personality
• Dogs seem to care about their owners and like their company, whereas cats just do their own thing.
• Cat's are snobs!
• You can have fun times with your dog by bathing them, but cat's clean themselves (how boring)
• Dogs cheer people up

Hi everyone, we are going to share with you our favourite recipe.

TIRAMISU

Preparation Time

5 - 10 minutes

Ingredients (serves 6)

• 500g mascarpone cheese
• 2 tbs caster sugar
• 400mls freshly brewed strong coffee, cooled
• 2 tbs Tia Maria or Kahlua (optional)
• 1 250g pkt savoiardi biscuits
• 80g good-quality dark chocolate, grated

Method

1. Beat the mascarpone and caster sugar in a medium mixing bowl with electric beaters until soft peaks form. Set aside.
2. Combine the coffee and Tia Maria or Kahlua (if using) in a large bowl. Dip 1/2 the savoiardi biscuits quickly into the coffee mixture and then arrange over the base of a 1.25-1itre (5-cup) serving dish or six 250mls (1-cup) individual serving glasses. Spread half the mascarpone mixture evenly over the biscuits. Dip the remaining biscuits into the coffee mixture and then arrange in a single layer over the mascarpone layer. Finish with a layer of the remaining mascarpone mixture. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
3. Sprinkle with the grated chocolate just before serving.
4. Eat and enjoy!
   

Which system is better Mac/ PC

Well the better system for computers is definitely PC'S!!!!!! Macs are difficult to navigate and unreliable. Also too expensive for a lot of schools. Not many schools have the time to train staff in such a complex system that is clearly for the upper class or individuals who have completed a phd in MACS.

holidays

If you could go on a holiday anywhere in the world, where would you go?

I want to go where there are white sandy beaches, beautiful sunsets and sunrises, crystal blue water, great food and wine. At the end of a tough day relaxing on the beach and soaking up the sun, a nice place to wind down, have a nice cold glass of wine and a superb meal.
